Weekends and peak summer dates go quickly, so we recommend booking as early as possible – ideally 3-6 months ahead for weddings, and 4-8 weeks for parties. That said, we’ll always try to help with last-minute enquiries if we’re available. Share your date and venue, and we’ll confirm our availability the same day whenever we can. Deposits secure your slot and lock in your styling plan.

Absolutely. We’ll coordinate ribbons, jars, scoops, bags, and signage to echo your palette – pastels, brights, metallics, or something completely bespoke. Share inspiration photos or a Pinterest board and we’ll suggest styling ideas that tie everything together. We can also design personalised labels or tags, and create on-brand displays for corporate events and product launches. If you have venue guidelines, we’ll align with those too.

Our standard hire includes the cart, glass jars, tongs, scoops, serving bags, themed signage, and pastel styling. You’ll receive a curated selection of sweets tailored to your guest numbers, with clear allergen labels provided. We deliver, set up, and return to collect after your event, leaving the space spotless. Optional extras include personalised stickers, ribbons, or additional servings. Yes. We can provide ingredient lists and allergen labels for each sweet. While we take great care with handling and display, some products may be made in factories handling nuts, gluten, or other allergens. Please share any dietary requirements in advance and we’ll offer suitable alternatives where possible. For popcorn, we can serve plain, salted, or buttered options depending on your needs.

Both options are available. Many clients choose self-serve for a relaxed, interactive experience; others prefer one of our friendly team members to serve guests and keep the station pristine. Let us know your preference, guest numbers, and event style, and we’ll recommend the best setup for flow, portioning, and presentation. Staffed service is ideal for weddings and corporate events with tight timelines.

Once you’re happy with our proposal, a small booking fee secures your date. The remaining balance is due closer to the event, and we’ll provide reminders so everything stays smooth and stress-free. We accept bank transfer and can issue invoices for businesses. All pricing is transparent, with any travel or add-on charges confirmed upfront. Receipts are provided for every payment.

Our popcorn machine requires a standard 13A socket and a stable, level surface. We’ll advise on placement to keep queues moving and ensure ventilation. If your event is outdoors, we can discuss power access, extension leads, or generator options with your venue. We bring the corn, oil, and bags; you bring the guests and appetite. PAT tested equipment is provided.

We arrive punctually, unload, and set up your cart or machine according to the agreed plan. We’ll style everything to match your colours, leave clear serving tongs and bags, and run a quick handover. After the event, we return to pack down and tidy the area. You enjoy the smiles – without lifting a finger. Setup usually takes around 45 minutes; collection is arranged with your venue.

Yes. We can create branded labels, signage, and ribbon colours, and can source sweets aligned to your campaign palette. Our cart and popcorn make memorable focal points for product launches, in-store events, exhibitions, and staff treats.
